Welcome to Liquor & Gaming NSW Mandatory Training

On this page you will find courses covering the knowledge and skills you need to meet your responsibilities as a same day alcohol delivery person.

Under the Liquor Amendment (Night-time Economy) Act 2020, same day alcohol delivery persons must have completed the Responsible Supply of Alcohol Training (RSAT) and the Liquor & Gaming NSW online RSAT Assessment by 1 December 2021 to work in the industry.

You can choose to complete both the RSAT course and assessment with L&GNSW or complete the RSAT training with an alternative provider and complete the L&GNSW assessment only.

Learn about your responsibilities when supplying alcohol as a same day delivery person in NSW. Complete the course and score 100% to obtain the RSAT certificate. You have up to three attempts to pass.
